A form submission is an inquiry and quotation request, not automatic contracting or payment. The quotation defines scope, deliverables, price, stages, timing and payment terms. Concepts, revision rounds, formats and usage rights are agreed per service.
Submit a request
Contact the published email or phone with your name, contact, quotation or agreement reference if available, service and reason. Include only necessary documents, never card numbers or security codes. We review the case and explain the outcome and next steps.
Before and after execution starts
Cancellation is reviewed against the agreement and statutory rights. We explain any amount refundable and the basis of actual costs. There is no universal deduction percentage. Once work has started, completed stages, deliverables and valid agreed costs are assessed for the particular case, including custom production or ordered materials where relevant. No clause automatically forfeits all customer rights.
Nonconformity or delay
Failure to meet the agreed scope, defects or delay creating an entitlement are reviewed for an appropriate remedy, potentially correction, completion, termination and refund of amounts due. Revision limits, design approval or file receipt do not remove a valid statutory claim.
Paying an amount due
After refund amount and method are determined, the client is informed of details and the transfer reference when executed. Approval does not mean funds have arrived. The original payment route is used when available; a lawful alternative is explained first. Payment method and bank timing varies, so no unverified fixed arrival date is promised.
Rights and complaints
This policy applies with the particular agreement and applicable Saudi law. It does not waive statutory rights or prevent a complaint to the competent authority. Request and review records are retained as needed to protect rights under the privacy policy.
