This policy covers information submitted to Banyan Art for inquiries and quotations. The form collects name, phone, service and project details, with an optional image or PDF up to 4 MB, submission time, consent and follow-up status. Do not send passwords, payment cards, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive data. Direct email and WhatsApp communications include what you choose to send. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Purpose and access
Data and attachments are used to understand and answer the inquiry, prepare a quotation and follow up based on form consent. If an agreement follows, necessary information is processed to perform it and document rights under the applicable lawful basis. Technical information is used as necessary for security and abuse prevention. Reply consent is not independent advertising consent.
Storage and providers
Requests and attachments use cloud hosting through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Administrative access is restricted to the authorized account. Attachments are not displayed publicly and reference material is not presented as our work without permission. Cloud processing may be international; visiting the site does not mean data is stored only in Saudi Arabia. Applicable transfer requirements and safeguards apply; processing arrangements may be requested through our contact channels.
Retention and privacy rights
Retention depends on completing the inquiry or agreement, protecting rights and applicable legal requirements. Once the purpose and retention basis end, disposal covers copies under the business’s control and provider requests where needed. You may request information about processing, access or a copy, correction, destruction, or withdrawal of consent under applicable personal data protection rules. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary. We explain the review and any legal restriction. You retain the right to complain to the competent authority. Withdrawal does not invalidate previous lawful processing or another legal basis.
Free QR service
QR type, content, selected file up to 2 MB, creation time, consent, page openings and reports are stored. Optional creator name, website and mobile are private to administration and do not grant marketing consent. Content can be opened by anyone with the link even when unlisted and excluded from search. Hourly rotating technical fingerprints limit abuse without raw IP addresses in QR records. Administration can edit, disable or remove content and review ownership requests. Identified Banyan Art promotions may appear. AdSense is not currently enabled. Permanent hosting is not guaranteed; retain originals and contact us to request deletion.
External services, preferences and updates
Hosting receives technical data necessary for connection and protection. Fonts load from Google Fonts. WhatsApp, YouTube and other external services have separate policies. Optional analytics or new marketing uses require appropriate disclosure and choices before activation. The site stores your selected light or dark display preference locally in your browser. The form needs no payment details or user account. A policy update does not automatically grant new marketing consent.
