Banner and sticker artwork: a checklist before printing

Review the file and production brief together: dimensions, quantity, material, cutting and finishing determine the result.

Banner and sticker artwork: a checklist before printing

Fix dimensions and quantity

Specify width, height, units, orientation and number of pieces. Agree any scale, panel division and assembly order before preparing production files. A reference image does not establish the required size.

Proofread and identify the approved version

Review Arabic and English text, numbers and the correct logo. Give the approved version a clear date or revision. Retain an editable master and original images.

Confirm export and finishing requirements

Ask the printer for bleed, safe areas, color settings and file formats appropriate to the process. Keep important content away from cuts, folds and holes. Check linked images and fonts in the final export; a PDF extension alone does not establish print readiness.

Send a complete brief

Include the job reference, revision, size, material, quantity and finishing, together with a preview and contact person. Reopen the final export and clarify whether the request covers design, printing, installation or only part of that scope.
