Give each image a purpose
Group material into location, actual products or services, work stages and customer questions. Record the message and destination for each group. These are planning suggestions, not claims about a completed Banyan Art production. Do not add unavailable products simply to fill the plan.
Make the list practical
For each shot record the scene, subject, destination, orientation and preparation owner. Prioritize essentials and identify alternatives. Agree still photographs, video, audio, editing, original files and publication exports individually; do not assume one crop fits every channel.
Prepare without misrepresenting
Tidy the location and remove private customer documents or screens. Label preparation or work in progress honestly. For Google Business Profile photographs, Google's guidance emphasizes focus, lighting and accurate representation without substantial alterations or excessive filters. Review each publication destination's own requirements.
Resolve approvals
Identify who approves visible people, locations and brand assets. Hold uncertain material from publication. Review any external images, music or licensed elements separately when relevant. Consolidate comments against shot numbers through an authorized reviewer.
Organize delivery
Agree filenames, versions, approved and review folders, original-file responsibility and retention arrangements. Inspect final exports in their intended context, including crops and added text. Associate each asset with a useful next step, not an unsupported sales or search-ranking promise.
Prepare your brief
Share the goal, channels, available scenes, date and approvals for your Riyadh business. Discuss the agreed planning, design and production scope with Banyan Art; a larger file count is not automatically a more useful deliverable.
