Start from one brief
Share the approved footprint, open sides, height, organizer requirements and objectives. Compare equivalent design deliverables and views.
Distinguish design from physical supply
List fabrication, materials, branding, electrical preparation, screens, furniture, storage and display units. Identify who supplies, hires and owns each item.
Review logistics and approvals
Confirm access, transport, assembly, testing, handover, dismantling and waste. Clarify organizer submissions and responsibilities; a rendering is not an approved technical design.
Agree reuse explicitly
If reuse matters, discuss suitable components, storage, transport and adaptations. Keep final scope and approved views. A cheaper offer may simply exclude an important component.
