Describe the setting

Send clear location photos, available dimensions, indoor or outdoor use, intended viewing distance and access constraints. Ask for the specified backing and fixing arrangement.

Clarify lighting and connection

Discuss the agreed components, intended appearance, wiring, power supply, mounting and surface preparation. Suitability and electrical requirements cannot be established from a photograph alone.

Review delivery against the approval

Check wording, layout, size and listed components. Record any comments with photographs. Follow the agreed care instructions and written warranty terms rather than assuming a standard duration.
