Project hoarding quotations: what should be clear?

Define the route

Send the site plan, length, height, corners, gates and access constraints. Identify whether dimensions are preliminary or approved. Artwork divisions should follow the agreed route.

Separate production packages

Describe the frame, panels, supports, finish, print and fixings. Specify who supplies foundations, barriers, preparation and any required technical approvals.

Approve the artwork

Provide permitted brand and project information with final messages. Agree panel sizes and gate locations, then approve the production revision.

Compare the full delivery

Review materials, transport, installation, maintenance, relocation or removal where requested. Confirm timing and handover. A promotional enclosure does not itself establish engineering or safety approval.
