Confirm final wording, typeface, sizes, quantities, depth, colors and finish. A photograph describes appearance but does not establish construction or material specifications.

Separate lighting from the letter material

Discuss the agreed lighting arrangement, components, wiring, backing and facade treatment. Identify what is included and confirm suitability for the intended location through the specification.

Confirm installation responsibilities

List measurement, preparation, power connection, removal, transport and access. A supply-only quotation differs from one including a complete installed facade.

Keep written approval

Compare matching quantities and work scope before totals. Retain the approved artwork and specifications, then use them to review delivery and the agreed written terms.
