Before ordering a shop sign in Riyadh: prepare a clear brief

Start with the actual facade

Send a clear front view and a wider photo showing the entrance and surroundings. State width, height and units, and whether measurements are preliminary or site verified. Identify an existing sign or cladding to retain or remove. Agree how final manufacturing dimensions will be confirmed.

Prepare the approved identity

Provide final wording in each required language, logo files and brand references. Check spelling and numbers. Explain whether the request is for a main sign, facade lettering, an interior feature or several pieces.

Specify the appearance and materials separately

A reference photo suggests a direction but does not prove a material or lighting system. List lettering type, dimensions, quantities, colors, illumination, backing and finishing. A general label such as raised lettering cannot settle all these details.

Confirm the site scope and compare like for like

State access and timing, power connection, electrical work, removal, surface preparation and waste responsibilities. Compare quotations on the same specifications, then retain the approved artwork and scope for delivery review.
