Before launching your website: test the mobile customer journey

Can a first-time visitor understand the service and reach you easily? Review content, navigation, images and actual inquiry receipt before launch.

Try a first visit without explanation

Open the homepage on your phone. Identify the business, main service and next action. If the heading needs a spoken explanation, revise it. Use a clear service description and a relevant next-step link.

Test navigation and contact destinations

Open and close the menu, visit services, work and contact, and test phone, WhatsApp and email links. Check that floating controls do not cover fields. Try going back and rotating the phone. Record the page and the exact failing step.

Compare mobile and desktop content

Google uses mobile content for indexing. Keep important services, descriptions, images and links available on mobile too. Organize details into accessible expandable sections instead of deleting them or shrinking text beyond comfortable reading.

Submit and verify a real request

Test required fields, error messages and success feedback. Verify receipt at the agreed destination, including an allowed attachment within the stated size limit if uploads are available. A loading animation is not proof of saving a request. Assign responsibility for follow-up.

Review loading and report useful issues

Try a mobile connection and record delayed images, layout jumps or an unresponsive menu. Responsive image sizes and deferred off-screen images can help without damaging the work. Compare measurements with the actual device and network. Report the page, steps, expected and observed results, then retest the correction.
